I would love to return to Italy. It is a dreamy place to wander and offers so much more culture and beauty than just one town. I was fortunate to see Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre, and Venice (where I got engaged!). In this post, I have curated a list of the top 10 places to visit in Italy based on research. There are so many wonderful areas of Italy that it is difficult to pare it down, but if you are visiting this stunning country, I would recommend you spend some time in these areas.
Tuscany
Tuscany is a region in central Italy famous for its stunning landscapes, rich history, cultural heritage, and delicious cuisine. You can reach Tuscany by air, train, or car. The region has two main international airports: Florence Airport (FLR) and Pisa International Airport (PSA). Alternatively, you can take a train to cities like Florence, Pisa, or Siena, or drive from other parts of Italy or neighboring countries.
